Freaky Frankenstein is it's own preset. It isn't a prompt, if you want a prompt/the text inside of a toggle from Freaky Frankenstein then you need to click on the pencil icon, copy the text, and paste it into a box inside of another preset. 
If you want to use Freaky Frankenstein then download the preset, scroll up to the top of that panel and look to the right. Click on the button that's inside of the blue square, then you'll see your files list. Chose to import Freaky Frankenstein and you'll be able to use it in a few seconds.
